Quisk / LP-PAN / K3 Known Issues

• Early LP-PAN devices had a zero IF offset. Later ones have a 6KHz or other offset. A future version of quisk_lppan_k3 will accomodate this offset.
• Some users have reported quisk_lppan_k3 does not work with the Elecraft K2; be sure to check the baud rate and RS232 port device in ~/.rigcontrol/K3.xml. The K2 uses 4800 baud and the K3 uses 38,400 (usually).
